The Staff Engineer will be responsible for:
Assisting the Project Manager in managing and executing deepwater capital
projects, primarily focusing on the subsea scope, according to the work scope,
schedule and budget.
Developing and preparing key project management deliverables; including but
not limited to Project Execution Plan, Risk Register, Cost Estimate/Budget,
Overall Contracting Strategy.
Developing and preparing project presentation materials for Management, JV
Partners, Host Authority and other stakeholders.
Managing development and preparation of the subsea EPC and EPCIC bid
packages and other required deliverables of the procurement process (tender
plan, evaluation report, award recommendation report, etc.)
Assisting in reporting, reviewing and managing the project progress and develop
corrective actions to address schedule and cost deviations from plan.
Being part of the technical review team on contractor s engineering deliverables
especially on the concept and front-end engineering deliverables.
Diligent in carrying out tasks and works assigned to him by the Project
Ensuring compliance to Company procedures, policies and agreed standards
Maintain high standards of professional behavior and conduct.
Maintain up to date project information and documentation.
Keep track with latest deepwater oil & gas and subsea industry development
Minimum Bachelor s Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of working experience in upstream oil & gas, with 5 years
minimum experience in subsea projects/development.
Exposure to production operations, production engineering, and flow
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
