| Job Description/responsibilities: |
Senior Process Engineer
•Study and evaluate various proposals or requests for modification. Focus on- coaching / mentoring by determining the tasks and data required and giving advice / assigning young engineers to perform the tasks and review the end results of the tasks as follows.
oReview and analyze modification-requests such as process, safety and environment enhancement, etc.
oCoordinate and obtain necessary / relevant information from other disciplines internally and externally (vendors), determine effect of such modification on the process and report feasibility of such modifications.
oPerform process engineering studies, evaluations, and simulations to determine the most appropriate modification options, solutions and equipments concerned to operation modifications and problems.
oLiaise with Construction Engineer on the detailed piping and instrument diagram changes and implementation of facility modifications.
•Conduct special process engineering study including debottlenecking etc. Recommend the feasibility and advantage which will affect production process in medium to long term. Focus on coaching / mentoring by determining the tasks and data required and giving advice / assigning young engineers to perform the tasks and review the end results of the tasks as follows.
oApply process engineering principles to study, analyze, design, and test on any special process engineering study
oDetermine feasibility, process advantage, cost, time constraint and other technical or' economic factors which will effect production process in medium to long term.
oReport feasibility study with recommendation, to department manager.
•Continuously monitor and analyze the process of production operations and recommend actions to improve / enhance production, minimize cost and ensure safety. Include evaluating, changing operating parameters, physical properties of fluids, pressures, safety interfaces, etc. Also includes determining action accordingly. Focus on coaching mentoring by determining the tasks and data required and giving advice / assigning young engineers to perform the tasks and review the end results of the tasks.
•Coordinate with offshore operations on the planning and implementation of production shutdown or major intervention in order to comply with the production agreements. Focus on coaching / mentoring by determining the tasks and data required and giving advice / assigning young engineers to perform the tasks and review the end results of the tasks.
•Participate in the HAZOP or any technical committee to provide input or recommendation on process engineering. Also represent operation on meeting with external parties. Focus on coaching I mentoring by determining the tasks and data required and giving advice 1 assigning young engineers to perform the tasks and review the end results of the tasks.

| Qualification/Trade: |
•Bachelor's degree in engineering.
•At least 6 years experience in operation process design or engineering support.
•Good command of writing and speaking English.
•Use PC effectively.
•Good working knowledge of computer software such as spreadsheet, work processor, database packages, and engineering Software.
•Good interpersonal skills, project management, .leadership, communication and presentation skills.
