| Job Description/responsibilities: |
Control & Automation Engineer (Topside/Marine & Hull)
• Ensure that all plant instrument and control systems have been correctly hooked up with appropriate construction check sheet completed.
• Ensure that all construction and pre-commissioning checks are witnessed and complete.
• Supervise the receiving, inspection, and testing of commissioning materials and equipment and ensure that they are in accordance with the order/contract prior to receipt and/or acceptance by the Company.
• Coordinate with the (sub) contractors and facilitate vendors on pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of the As Built” drawings.
• Ensure that pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning works are carried out safely, in accordance with Company standards and procedures and project specifications, and meet acceptance criteria.
• Must be knowledgeable in using instrumentation testing and commissioning tools and equipment.

| Qualification/Trade: |
• B.Sc. in Engineering, preferably with Electronic & Communication / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum of 9 years, Diploma in Engineering, preferably with Electronic &
Communication / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 12 years hands-on experience in Oil & Gas facilities/plants both onshore & offshore.
• Must have working knowledge of offshore Oil & Gas safety standards. |
