Job Description/responsibilities:
Executive-Contract Administration
• To monitor and manage contractor’s and vendor’s work performance & compliance to the Contractual Terms & Conditions through the establishment of a tracking mechanism, review & assessment of contractor’s and vendor’s performance and manage the resolution of complaints & issues to ensure there is no delay or interruption to the contract execution.
• Timely issuance of PR and RO and verification of the supporting documents for invoice processing in compliance with terms and conditions of the contract as per Client’s procedures and guidelines.
• To resolve and recommend effective solutions to the management and project team on contractual issues such as changes to terms of payment, materials delivery, price changes, changes to contract clauses etc so that all claims, disputes and non-compliance are resolved amicably.
• To ensure the utilization of database management system on materials and contracts including record on contracts, contractor’s and vendor’s performance and payment status in order to facilitate easy retrieval and timely information for PR/RO and decision making, planning and reporting throughtout the department and division.
• To ensure timely and accurate reporting PR/RO and invoice/payment status to Project Team and Management for necessary information and decision making purpose.
• To utilitze and monitor a centralized database system for Approved Contract Value (ACV), Contract Expiry, Outline Agreement (OA), payments and variation orders to ensure effective measure of control is achieved during execution of contracts.
• To conduct continuous awareness amongst Project Team on Contract/Contractor’s compliance during post award contract implementation phase and proactively monitor and mitigation risks in order to avoid/eliminate/minimize risk of non-performance of Contractor(s) that may lead to cost overrun, project delays, etc.
• To administer contracts including documentation and act as resource center for matters pertaining to contract records, contractor’s data. etc.
• To Prepare the contract administrative closure (contract close-out and statement of final account) and contractor’s performance report for management approval.

Qualification/Trade:
• Process Degree in Technical, ,Science or Business Disciplines
• At least 2 years or more experience in contract administration
• At least 2 years or more working experience in Oil and Gas Industry
• Communication –English proficiency
• Familiar in using MS Office and/or SAP System (MMM Module)
