Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1) Getting info from focal points, compile, produce a final list output to hotel.
2) Attending to Emails concerning PMQL
3) Daily updating master file
4) Daily to update the booking list from SharePoint; update the check in date;
update check out date due to extension of stay due to FCB u turn and FCB’s issue;
changing of name; key in new request and remove cancellation
5) Handling calls/whatsapp messages from 3 PMQL hotels on people no show;
personnel wrong check-in
6) Working over weekend/public holiday on sudden emergency amendment/no
show
7) Liaise with focal points from Maintenance, Wells, Operations, and all other
offshore functions
8) Weekly connect with 3 PMQL hotels on issue management
9) Handling of positive COVID cases in PMQL
10) Handling of transportation booking from PMQL to/from airport/PPV
center/PPVIN
11) To request 90 days plan with all the department and blocking hotel rooms
12) Updated PCR records with medic
13) Payment to hotel- create PO and SE.
Qualifications:
• Able to work with Microsoft applications – Excel, Outlook
• Diploma or equivalent
Other requirements:
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Computer Literate
• Able to work odd hours if require
