Commencement date: Immediate
- Prepare staff payroll and payment including payment for statutory requirements;
- Handle suppliers including issuing Purchase orders, following up on delivery;
- Prepare billings/invoices and collection of payments;
- Handle office administration works to include office utilities, incoming calls, licenses, banking and any other associated office administration works.
- Communicate with Malaysian head office on issues pertaining to office administration.
- Must be able to speak simple and write simple English. Diploma in office administration or secretarial is preferred. Must be Thai nationality.
- Having at least 2-3 years working experience in office administration support which include preparing payroll and salary/statutory payment, handling suppliers, billings, office utilities and general office administration works.
