EP Engineering Sdn Bhd. Environmental policy is the commitment to the laws, regulations, and other policy mechanisms concerning environmental issues. These issues generally include air and water pollution, waste management and protection of natural resources.

EP Engineering Sdn. Bhd. shall conduct its business in such a way that the impact of its activities on the environment will be reduced to the lowest practicable level.

EP Engineering Sdn. Bhd. shall regulate toxic substances and industrial waste as part of the environmental policy.

This policy direct and oversee Company activities to prevent harmful effects on the environment and natural resources, as well as to make sure that as a minimum, comply with relevant legislation.

The Company will also undertake to provide training and information on environmental matters and to encourage a sense of responsibility for protection of the environment.

EP Engineering Sdn. Bhd. has a written procedure on Drug, Alcohol and Contraband that every Company employees and contractors need to be familiar and complied with. The procedure states all the disciplinary action and procedures that the Company will implement.

The use of substances such as drugs, solvents, alcohol, or any other substance which may have detrimental effects to the psychological or physical wellbeing of employees or contractors may impair personal health and performance and create unsafe working conditions.

The Company is committed to the elimination of substance abuse at all its premises.

While substance abuse of any kind may result in disciplinary action possibly leading to dismissal. The Company recognises that drug and alcohol dependency are treatable conditions and will encourage employees to seek treatment.

The success of all the above policies is the dedication in compliance of all Company employee. The Policy should receive the active and positive support of management and all employees, who should implement it responsibly and encourage the same response from others throughout the Company.
