We’re sourcing for QA/QC Inspector

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Min. of 8 years working experience particularly QA/QC Surveillance for Oil & Gas Drilling and Completion Equipment (with at least 5 years of QA/QC experience in Drilling and Completion Equipment system).
• Familiar with the latest edition of the international codes, industry standards, industry specifications and COMPANY standards.
• Familiar with relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO, AWS, ASNT) for NDT and Welding inspection.
• Familiar on inspecting directional drilling tools.
• Have a working knowledge of and general experience involving inspection and evaluation of Connections with API and thread forms to include machine shop repair, re-manufacture and gauging of these connections.
• Required to have a working knowledge of and general experience involving visual inspection and evaluation of Premium connections (but not limited to e.g. JFE Fox, JFE Bear, Vam, Hydril) to include machine shop processes associated with threading, gauge calibration, and final gauging inspection for acceptance.
• Have knowledge/experience in Drill Stem Inspection Standard (DS-1).
