Job Opportunity – Junior PMMS Technician / Senior PMMS Technician

We’re sourcing for qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

Junior PMMS Technician

• Focus: Execution, data accuracy, and routine technical support.
• Experience & Autonomy: Typically 1–3 years of experience in maintenance data systems or O&G asset management. Works primarily under direct guidance or structured supervision.
• Key Focus Areas: Handles routine, day-to-day data extraction tasks from SAP ECC6 / BRiCS.
• Acts as the first line of contact for basic technical and user support.
• Assists in organizing logistics for training sessions and gathering raw audit documentation.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMMS tools, specifically SAP ECC6, BW, and BRiCS (or equivalent risk-based/maintenance applications).
• Strong data handling skills (Advanced MS Excel, Power BI is an advantage).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Oil & Gas / Petrochemical plant maintenance operations, asset integrity frameworks, and industry compliance audits (OSRMS, OEMS).
• Soft Skills: Clear communication skills for training delivery, a meticulous eye for data accuracy, and strong collaborative skills for offshore/onshore engagements.

Senior PMMS Technician

• Focus: Analysis, problem-solving, independent execution, and mentorship.
• Experience & Autonomy: Typically 4+ years of experience. Operates with high independence and handles complex, multi-layered data problems.
• Key Focus Areas: Leads complex data interpretation and constructs PMMS Scorecards with analytical insights for intervention strategies.
• Directly conducts training, assessments, and goes offshore independently to support technical operations.
• Coordinates cross-functional actions to actively close gaps identified in OEMS, GIA, and IOAIA audits.
• Mentoes and provides guidance to Junior Technicians on advanced SAP/BRiCS queries and report building.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a closely related technical discipline.
