We have job opportunity for the following position:-

1) KPI Analyst cum Business Analyst

Work Location : Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia

Job Roles:-

Develop comprehensive E2E test cases at the application (current available CI tools within Maintenance) and multi-application levels.

• Create direct channels of communication to technical coding of current available Tools/ Dashboard developed to get the fixes done if any without managerial interjection.

• Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered, then follow up on all results and implementation improvement initiatives.

• Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in any initiatives/ project update. e.g: To implementing HoTT for all campaigns, To build integrated costing tool for maintenance.

• Determine and document user requirements for any business processes and abide by those requirements for any future requirements.

• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the business.

• Performance analysing is not limited to offshore execution only but must familiar with processes involved such as establishing data, benchmarking, deriving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) or KPI related dashboard and costs estimating probabilistic for future use.

Requirements:

– Possess a recognized degree in any field of study.
– Min. one (1) year working experience or up to (2) years experiences in related Oil & Gas Industry.
– Detailed analytical experiences and abilities.
– Practical application ability with Microsoft Office and Visio Other requirements.
– Good site leadership management skills and good written and verbal communication skills.
– Self-driven, analytical, good time keeping, proactive and driven mind-set.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
