Complete Marine Controller Joining Checklist and / or any operation requirement as instructed · Review and approve standard operating procedure. · Prepare, review, and approve anchor patterns. · Review and approve passage planning for towing. · Conduct pre-execution meeting (e.g: anchor handling, pre – rig move, etc) · Provide recommendation on towing operation.
