New Job Opportunity – Staff Engineer, Operations

Hi Everyone,

We are sourcing for a suitable candidate for below position:-

1) Staff Engineer, Operations

Requirements:-

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, ideally with the majority of that time spent working in liquified natural gas (LNG) and/or Gas operations for an offshore/onshore PAC operator.
•            Experience in managing day-to-day operation & maintenance of oil & gas offshore field.
•            Experience in production optimization work.
•            Experience in deep-water field operations is preferable, however shallow-water field operation is acceptable. Able to make decisions and plans for optimizing production in this environment.
•            Experience in deep-water development projects is preferable, however shallow-water development projects is acceptable. Able to provide operational input required to ensure the most successful result is achieved.
•            Broad upstream oil and gas operator experience, including interaction with other groups required to achieve results in complex, multi-discipline projects.
•            Experience dealing with regulatory officers, Petronas and JV partners with respect to Operations related matters.
•            Must be an excellent communicator, with strong command of English.
•            Must be energetic, well organized, and effective personality. The job will require dedication, commitment, creativity, and perseverance.
•            Demonstrated leadership ability. Able to make recommendations and decisions, justify and back-up actions and set directions with minimal supervision. Capable of backing-up field managers and supervisors during periods of absence.
•            Medically fit as per offshore medical requirement and willing to travel to offshore facilities if required.
