Hi Everyone,
We’re sourcing for qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
Work Based: Bintulu, Sarawak.
Contract Administrator
- Educational Background: A min. of a Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least three years of relevant experience in contract administration.
- Industry Regulations Knowledge: Familiarity with key regulations, including Work permit application process, EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, and other taxation matters.
- Legal & Compliance Standards: Ensuring strict compliance with both local and international contract laws.
Tea Lady
- Must have at least three (3) years’ experience working as Tea Lady or similar position in any industry.
- Must have at least SPM certification.
- Must be able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Transport Assistant
- Must have at least five (5) years’ experience working as Transport Assistant/Driver or similar position in any industry.
- Must have at least SPM certification
- Must have valid driving license.
- Must have valid Defensive Driving Training Certificate
- Must be able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Admin Assistant
- Must have at least five (5) years’ experience working as Admin Assistant or similar position in any industry.
- Must have at least Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
- Must be able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Experience in ensuring completeness of all documentations.
- Familiar in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office software products i.e., Words, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, and PowerPoint.
Document Controller
- Must have at least five (5) years’ experience working as Document Controller or similar position in Oil & Gas industry.
- Must have experience in using Electronic Data Management System (EDMS).
- Must be able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Have experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
Technical Clerk (SSHE)
- Six years relevant industry experience.
- Familiar with commonly used computer software.
- Strong team building skills.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
