Job Opportunity -Level 2 Certification Coordinator (L2CC) /AC Tech/Warehouse/Barge Master/Barge Admin/Radio Operator

Hi Everyone,

We’re sourcing for qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

Level 2 Certification Coordinator (L2CC)

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in project completions, quality documentation, or certification roles.
• Experience using completions software (e.g., ICAPS, WinPCS, PIMS, CoConsole).
• Offshore survival and medical certifications (if applicable): BOSIET / FOET, HUET & Offshore Medical.

AC Tech

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Systems.
• 3–5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably in offshore, marine, or industrial environments.
• Valid offshore certifications (for offshore roles): BOSIET / FOET, HUET & Offshore Medical.
• EPA or equivalent Refrigerant Handling Certification (preferred).

Warehouse

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or logistics training preferred.
• 2–5 years of warehouse or storekeeping experience (offshore or industrial experience a plus).
• Offshore certifications (if applicable): BOSIET / FOET, HUET & Offshore Medical.
• Forklift or crane operation certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Maximo, or manual logbooks).

Barge Master

• Master Mariner License or equivalent STCW qualification.
• Valid offshore certifications: BOSIET / FOET, HUET & Offshore Medical.
• Dynamic Positioning (DP) certification (for DP-capable barges).
• GMDSS, Radar/ARPA, Bridge Resource Management (BRM) – advantageous.

Barge Admin

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in offshore, marine, or industrial administration roles.
• Valid offshore certifications (required for offshore assignments): BOSIET / FOET, HUET & Offshore Medical.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP/HR systems experience is a plus.

Radio Operator

• Min. of 5-year experience working as Radio Operator cum Medical Assistant (Offshore Medic) at offshore production facilities.
• Min. of 8-year experience as general medical practitioner.
• Hold valid Offshore Medical and BOSIET certificates.
• Recognized educational certificate or industry obtained certificate as follows;

1. Basic Life Support (BLS) Course.
2. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Course.
3. Basic Trauma Life Support (BTLS) Course.
4. Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) Course.
5. GMDSS Training for Radio Operator.
6. Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) Course
7. Food Handler/Food Hygiene Course.
