The Materials Coordinator will perform and/or manage all of the activities necessary to enable effective end-to-end coordination of materials in support of Projects. Acts as the interface between the business unit and procurement. Actively interacts with planning, inventory, vendors, buyers and maintenance on a daily basis by providing customer support, effective & timely communication, alignment with business practices/controls and a high level of materials and services fulfillment for site maintenance activities.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and working closely with onshore Material Coordinators (MC) on daily load-out requirement and materials call-out.
- Liaise with Wells Engineers and MC for materials needed as per Wells program or contingency plan.
- To assist the Wells Supervisor in the planning, scheduling and call out of required material.
- To assist the Wells Supervisor to identify materials and 3rd party equipment including bulks for call-out or backload to KSB.
