Job Description MAIN FUNCTIONS Provides analytical support in order to deliver financial results. Job Description MAIN FUNCTIONS: Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with Company specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Job Description To perform Quality Assurance/Quality Control of all permit to Work System (PTW) in addition to his responsibility as Approval Signatory and re-validation of all permit to work issued for the execution of all activities including during SIMOPS. • To perform site check and ensuring the precautious and mitigations for the jobs are adequately put in place as stipulated in PTW and JHA. Conduct final verifications at site that it is safe for the particular activity to proceed before PTW is approved. • To pursue a Goal of no harm to people through implementation of the HEMP (Hazards, Effect and Management Process) tools as applied to SIMOPS activities on site. • Check Offshore Location/Installation, Safety/HSE Documents are available and in good order (i.e. Job Hazard sheets, MOPO (Matrix of Permitted Operations), Emergency procedure and Fire Fighting and Sea Survival Gears are in good order. • Assist the project Operations Engineer in drafting Site Specific Procedure (SSP), SIMOPS, or risk studies (i.e) QRA) • Ensure safe working practices are observed by Contractors and Vendors.
